Conversations on shared and safe space in Mid and East Antrim

Wednesday September 13th 2017

Broadcaster William Crawley will facilitate the conversations on shared and safe space.

Broadcaster William Crawley will help facilitate three evenings of conversation for the people across Mid and East Antrim, giving them an opportunity to look at the borough within the context of Shared and Safe Space.

These events will take place in Larne, Ballymena and Carrickfergus as part of Community Relations & Cultural Awareness Week 2017.

Findings from these conversations will be fed into Mid and East Antrim Borough Council’s Good Relations Audit and Strategy, and the council says this is a good opportunity for citizens to come along and have their say on good relations across the Borough.  A light supper will be served at each event.

Spaces at these events will be limited therefore registration is essential.  Events will take place as follows:

  • Tuesday 19 September 2017 at 3.00 pm, Larne Town Hall
  • Wednesday 20 September 2017 at 7.00 pm, The Braid, Ballymena
  • Thursday 21 September 2017 at 7.00 pm, Carrickfergus Town Hall

To register email: goodrelations@midandeastantrim.gov.uk / tel: 028 2563 5036 stating your name, date and venue you wish to attend, plus any special dietary requirements.
