Bishop John McDowell is guest speaker at the Quiet Morning.

The Bishop of Connor has invited the Rt Rev John McDowell, Bishop of Clogher, to speak at a Quiet Morning for Connor Clergy on Thursday June 15.

Bishop John will speak on the subjects – ‘The distinctive gifts of the Church of Ireland’ and ‘Baptism, Confusion and Learning how to Die.’

The Quiet Morning will be held in Jordanstown Parish Centre and will run from 10am until 1pm, including lunch.

Bishop Alan Abernethy hopes that as many clergy as possible will be able to attend.
