Bart Players are presenting Alan Bennett’s acclaimed adaptation of the Kenneth Grahame classic tale ‘The Wind in the Willows’ this Christmas.
The drama group, which is associated with St Bartholomew’s Parish Church, Stranmillis, warmly welcomes audiences to share the adventures of Mole, Ratty, Badger and Toad as they live their lives on and by the river.
Much excitement and fun is on offer – a grand theft auto, a train chase, and gaol break and the Battle of Toad Hall. All this plus original songs and music.
Performances take place in St Bartholomew’s church halls, the Canon Lindsay Hall, 183 Stranmillis Road, Belfast, each evening at 8pm on Wednesday 6th – Saturday 9th December, with a matinee at 2.30pm on Sunday 10th.
Advance book is essential. Tickets are £6 each and are available from June Silcock, telephone 028 9062 3241 or email junesilcock@hotmail.com. Tickets can also be purchased from Gotto Allsports, Stranmillis Road, or contact Clem Bell on 028 9020 2280.
