St Pauls’ Easter Egg giveaway!

Wednesday April 4th 2007

Parishioners from St Paul's, Lisburn, distributing Easter eggs to homes across the parish.During the first days of Holy Week folk from St Paul’s Parish Lisburn, distributed up to 300 Easter Eggs throughout their parish, particularly in new housing areas.

The church minibus was loaded up and used as transport. Each egg was given as a symbol reminding people of the message of Easter, new life, new life which we can share in Jesus Christ.

This was pilot project organised by some members of the Mothers Union and with the help of CONNECT, St Paul’s parish youth fellowship. The young people who took part were very encouraged and everyone received a good response on the doorsteps.
