Sign up for annual youth five-aside
Connor Youth Council’s annual five-aside football tournament takes place on June 2 at Sixmile Leisure Centre, Ballynure Road, Ballyclare, from 2-4pm.
Each parish is invited to send a team of five players plus substitutes. Teams can be all male, all female or mixed, and if you have a strip bring it along, although bibs will be provided where needed.
All players should be aged 12-16 and each team must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Matches will be 10 minutes long, and referees will be appointed by the Connor Youth Council.
Entry to the tournament is free, and up for grabs is the Connor Five-aside Trophy.
Entry forms can be downloaded here and should be sent to Connor Diocesan Youth Council Football, c/o The Diocesan Office, Church of Ireland House, 61-67 Donegall Street, Belfast, BT1 2QH by May 25.
