Some 40 people from St Patrick’s parish, Ballymena, and All Saints Parish assembled at Ballyclug on a sunny Friday evening to start a walk between churches
Although it was a lengthy walk the time went in quickly as participants had the opportunity in all the churches for a short liturgical act.
From Ballyclug the walkers made their way to Harryville Chapel and then on to St Patrick's. Up through the town and they were soon at All Saints before the long haul up the Doury Road to St Columba's. At each church a group photograph was taken.
The Rector of St Patrick’s, Canon Stuart Lloyd, paid tribute to Jason for drawing up the walk and thanked all who took time to walk together and the folks at St Columba's for the refreshments. In all it proved an enjoyable and positive evening, he said.
