Ladies take time out at Cathedral’s Oasis!
More than 70 ladies took time out from their busy lives to enjoy a little time to themselves at Lisburn Cathedral’s Oasis in the City event on March 28.
During the course of the day-long programme, aimed at giving ladies of all ages some time out to feel pampered, Alma Mc Manus presented a ‘Clothesology’workshop.
Alma, who has more than 20 years experience in the clothing, design and manufacturing sectors, used her skills to show everyone how to make the right choices when buying new clothes.
Profits from Oasis in the City are being put towards restoration work on the cathedral spire and the building of Mongo Primary School in Connor’s link diocese of Yei, Southern Sudan.
