Colloquium on Euthanasia and End of Life Issues
A colloquium on Euthanasia and End of Life Issues will take place in the Swift Theatre, Trinity College, Dublin, on June 20.
This very important colloquium is being organised by the Church of Ireland Journal ‘Search’ and the Church of Ireland Chaplaincy at Trinity College.
There is a strong line-up of speakers: Robin Gill (Prof Modern Theology, Kent University), Paul Badham (Prof Theology and Religious Studies, Lampeter), Des O'Neill (Prof Gerontology, TCD and Consultant at Tallaght Hospital), Profs Ivana Bacik and Maureen Junker Kenny also both of TCD. The Rev Dr Rory Corbett will chair the panel discussion.
Booking is through the Rev Darren McCallig at TCD. Cost for the day is €30. Sponsorship may be requested from diocesan bishops and student concessions are also available.
