Connecting with the unchurched child
Mark Griffiths will address the topic ‘How can the church connect with the unchurched child’ in two presentations taking place in Connor Diocese in December.
The ‘One Generation from Extinction’ talks will take place in St Brigid’s Parish Church, Glengormley, at 7.30pm on Monday December 7, and in St Peter’s Parish Centre, Antrim Road, at 10.30am on Tuesday December 8.
Mark will examine how the church reached the unchurched child in the past and will detail how many pioneering groups are seeking to do the same in the 21st century. He will help his listeners grap how many are helping to restock the imagination of children with the message of Jesus, and planting the seeds for many more generations of witness.
Each presentation is two hours, and while there is no charge there will be a retiring collection towards costs. Full details and a booking form can be downloaded here.
