Exploring the challenges of leadership
A team from the Churches Pastoral Aids Society Staff will lead a ‘Challenges of Leadership’ seminar in Ballyclare on Friday April 16.
The event, organised by Connor Diocesan Training Co-ordinator Peter Hamill, will explore issues of leadership in parish life.
Peter said: “The recent survey of the Commissioned Ministers programme highlighted the desire for those in leadership to learn more about the skills of developing and leading a team. This session will provide useful insight into growing and developing a team in your parish.”
The seminar takes place in St John’s Parish Halls, Doagh Road, Ballyclare, from 10am until 3pm, with lunch included.
