St Andrew’s, Glencairn, anniversary service
St Andrew's Church, Glencairn, plans to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the laying of the foundation stone on the First Sunday of Advent, November 28 2010, with a special service of thanksgiving and praise at 10.30am.
The preacher will be the Reverend Jim Rea, former President of the Methodist Church in Ireland and just recently retired as Superintendent of the Agnes St Circuit, which includes Glencairn Methodist Church, AKA St Andrew's.
