More than 90 attend training event with Helen Clarke
More than 90 clergy and pastoral visitors from Connor Diocese attended a training event in Antrim on Tuesday May 17.
Guest Speaker at the ‘Refresh and Revive’ evening was Helen Clark, who has trained as a nurse and counsellor/trainer and is a Myers Briggs Practitioner.
During the course of a very successful evening, Helen discussed topics including a Biblical basis for caring; If only you would listen … and Compassion with boundaries.
Her particular interest is in encouraging younger leaders in their personal development and spiritual growth. Helen grew up in a ministry home in Cork and has been involved in ministry with her husband Ken both north and south of the border and in Chile. They are based in Cavan.
The event was organised by Connor Diocesan Training Council.
