‘Growing Leaders’ in Antrim
James Lawrence of CPAS was guest speaker at a training day on ‘Growing Leaders’ on Friday June 10 at Antrim Parish Halls.
Almost 30 clergy and lay people attended the session which was organised by Connor Diocesan Training Council. The Council plans to run a diocesan wide ‘Growing Leaders’ programme beginning in the autumn and the event in Antrim was an opportunity for parishes to see if the programme is suitable for potential leaders within their parishes.
James Lawrence is the Director of Leadership Development at CPAS and overall leader of the Arrow Leadership Programme (UK). He is author of several books and courses, including Growing Leaders.
Attendees were welcomed by Peter Hamill, Connor Diocesan Training Co-ordinator.
