Kids – come and join the Praise Party!

Children from across Connor diocese are invited to join in the fun at one of three Praise Parties.

As well as praise there will be puppets, games, bible stories, new friendships to be made, and lots more.

There is a Praise Party in each of Connor’s three archdeaconries. The first takes place on Saturday March 3 in Ballymoney Parish Hall, the second is on Saturday March 31 in Lambeg Parish Hall and the third and final party is on Saturday April 21 in St Nicholas Parish Hall, Carrickfergus.

All parties run from 3pm–5pm, and cost just £2 per child, while leaders are free!

Speakers at the parties are Karen Webb and Captain John O’Neill from the Church Army, and the Kidzone Band will be there along with the Kids for the Kingdom Puppeteers.

The Praise Parties are part of Connor’s commitment to support and encourage children’s ministry in the diocese and parishes.

The Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev Alan Abernethy, said: “I believe these events will be of great value to children’s ministry in our parishes.”
