On Sunday June 22 the BBC Radio Ulster morning service is coming from Saint Nicholas’ Parish Church, Lisburn Road, Belfast.
It will feature a guest choir and brass ensemble, the Normandale Choir, from the USA.
Director of Worship and Music for the Choir, David Clarke, gives a little background to the choir: “Normandale Lutheran Church is a suburban congregation in metropolitan Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minnesota. There are approximately 2,500 members with an average weekly attendance of 800. The music ministry involves over 250 musicians who rehearse weekly in six vocal choirs and three instrumental ensembles.”
