Bishop dons his chef’s chat for fundraiser
Bishop Alan Abernethy and chef Aaron Heasley are the Two Little Chefs at Christ Church Parish Lisburn’s cookery night.
Tastebuds are set to tingle at Christ Church, Lisburn, when the parish hosts a cookery night on Thursday October 23.
Helping local chef Aaron Heasley to cook up a treat will be none other than the Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev Alan Abernethy, who is relishing this opportunity to put his culinary skills to the test!
The event, entitled Two Little Chefs, gets underway at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £5 and are available from the Parish Office.
All proceeds go towards St Apollo School in the Diocese of Luwero, Uganda.
