Rev John Pickering marks 50 years of ordination

The Rev John Pickering preached at the service in Christ Church Lisburn on Sunday June 28 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of his ordination.
The rector of Christ Church, the Rev Paul Dundas led the service.
Refreshments were served in the hall afterwards, when John cut the cake with his daughter Sarah, and a gift was presented to him by the rector on behalf of Christ Church.
John has been the Senior Minister in the parish since 2007 after he retired from Drumcree Parish.
