Four new Deacons ordained in Connor Diocese

Four new Deacons were ordained in the Diocese of Connor at a service in St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast, on Sunday September 13.

They were: Philip Bryson for the internship in the Parish of St Bartholomew’s, Belfast; Dennis Christie for the internship in the Parish of Muckamore; Aaron McAlister for the internship in the Parish of Ballywillan (Portrush) and Peter Munce for the internship in the Parish of Ballymoney.

The Deacons were ordained by the Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev Alan Abernethy. The preacher at the service was the Very Rev Dr Pete Wilcox, Dean of Liverpool.
