Training sessions as Kids Big Adventure days draw near

Two training evenings are fast approaching for those interested in being young crew members at Connor’s Kids Big Adventure this year

The first training evening will take place in St. Anne’s Cathedral , Belfast, this Thursday evening (September 17) from 7:30-9pm. The session will then be repeated in St Patrick’s Ballymoney on Friday September 25 from 7:30-9pm.

Young people who are interested in helping our at Kids Big Adventure, organised by Connor Children’s Project Development Officer Jill Hamilton, can choose which venue is closest to them and come along.

The Kids Big Adventure days are taking place in Cloughfern Parish on October 10 and Ballymoney Parish on October 17.

The training sessions will be fun informal evenings led by Jill and Karen Webb (Diocesan Evangelist). The evenings aim to inform everyone about the timetable for Kids Big Adventure and what jobs they will be asked to help with.

The training evenings are open to those who just want to come along and find out more before committing themselves as well as those who have already signed up.
