Connor Connections Autumn 2015 is now available.

Connor Connections Autumn 2015 is now available.

The Autumn edition of Connor Connections, the magazine for the Diocese of Connor, is now available free to all parishioners in the diocese.

This issue features the Engage Connor Youth summer Streetreach project – illustrated on the front cover – and staying with the youthful theme, the Take the Castle Weekend and the appointment of a new diocesan youth officer.

Mission related stories include interviews with members of the Muckamore Parish Flute Band Church team who travelled to Paraguay with SAMS, the dramatic story of Andrew Bovill, a parishioner of Drumaul, Duneane and Ballyscullion, who stayed on in Nepal after the devastating earthquake to help local communities, and we find out what Santiago mission worker Rocio Castro Bravo, currently based in Jordanstown Parish, thinks of the Ulster Fry!

Other news includes a report on the St Anne’s Cathedral Choir Tour to France, the rededication of Ballyrashane Glebe Hall, the launch of the North Belfast Centre for Mission, an appeal for volunteers at the Belfast Child Contact Centre, and the opening of a new state-of-the art Parish Centre by Ramoan and Culfeightrin.

Packed with plenty of photographs and lots more news, pick up your copy of Connor Connections at your parish church. To request a copy, please email dco@connor.anglican.org. A version will be available online later this month.
