Bishop now half way through Lent Seminar series
Bishop Alan delivers his Lent talk in Lisburn Cathedral on February 23. More photos in our Gallery (below).
The Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev Alan Abernethy, finished the first half of his 2016 Lent Seminar series in Lisburn Cathedral on Tuesday February 23.
More than 85 people from many different parishes came to hear the Bishop speak on the theme of Grace. They also enjoyed a break for refreshments and fellowship and the opportunity to browse at the Book Well.
The Bishop has now delivered his first seminar in Jordanstown, Bushmills and Lisburn. He will return to the same venues to deliver the second half of the seminar on Grace on the following dates.
- Wednesday 2nd March – Jordanstown Parish Centre
- Monday 7th March – Bushmills Parish Centre
- Tuesday 15th March – Lisburn Cathedral
