Parish Nursing information event
Parish Nursing is an initiative of the Cinnamon Network. The project helps local churches to appoint nurses who in turn support people and communities towards whole person healthcare.
Information sessions on Parish Nursing will be held in Northern Ireland on March 16 and are aimed at nurses, church leaders, and anyone within a church with an interest in this form of ministry.
A Parish Nursing information session will take place in the Church of Ireland Youth Department (CIYD) office on the ground floor of Church of Ireland House, Donegall Street, Belfast, at 2.30pm on Wednesday March 16.
Tommy Stewart, Advisor and Leadership Trainer (Ireland) with the Cinnamon Network, said: “We would love to have you and representatives of your church / denomination come along to learn more and prayerfully consider if Parish Nursing could help you reach people in need in your community.”
