The leaders of the main churches met with the members of the Chaplaincy Department for the dedication of the refurbished Chapel in the Old Corridor of the Royal Victoria Hospital on Monday May 23.

Sanna Mallon, Church of Ireland Chaplain, Royal Victoria and Musgrave Park Hospitals, said: “All are so proud to make this special place available again, as it has meant so much to so many over the years.

“It remains a space where all can perhaps find peace, rest and quiet amidst the stresses of daily life and, especially, the worry of illness and its uncertainties. We can return again to somewhere set aside for us to be still and know that God watches over us always.”
