Magheragall Parish celebrated Her Majesty the Queen’s 90th birthday earlier this month and a number of nonagenarians (90-99 years young) were among those who attended the service and lunch.
Charlotte Dickson, aged 98, helped the rector the Rev Nicholas Dark cut the birthday cake, and special guests at the event included outgoing Mayor of Lisburn and Castlereagh, Councillor Thomas Beckett and Mayoress Linda Beckett.
Mrs Beckett presented gifts to all those present who had already celebrated their 90th birthday.
Before the service, parishioners spelled out a birthday message to the Queen.
