Streetreach prayer points – Wednesday July 6

Connor Streetreach 2016 is underway in north Belfast, with young people from across the diocese engaged in a variety of activities taking mission into the community. Further info.

Please pray for the young people and their leaders as they go about this work. Prayer points for today, Wednesday July 6, are:

Pray for the Kids Club in St Andrew’s Parish as Streetreach welcomes children from the local community and from the Parish to join with the team. Pray for Karen, Aimee & Jason as they lead the group.

Praise God for the group of young people gathered and pray that they get to know one another well. Pray for the young people as they begin to explore what it looks like to share their faith through words and actions.

Pray for the gardening and detached teams as they visit care homes, offer to provide gardening assistance & do some outreach in the local streets of north Belfast.

Pray for Streetreach’s first evening festival in the Highfield area – that this would attract local families to attend and that the young people can engage them in conversations about the gospel. Pray that the local community would remember the work of the Streetreach team from last year.
