New Lent study course in migrants and migration
The Biblical Association for the Church of Ireland has published a new Lent study course in migrants and migration.
God’s Heart for Migrants : Biblical Wisdom for a World in Turmoil Bible Studies for Lent 2017 is authored by Dr David Shepherd
Dr Shepherd is a Lecturer in Hebrew Bible/Old Testament in the School of Religions, Peace Studies and Theology at Trinity College Dublin and director of the Trinity Centre for Biblical Studies. He and his wife Hilda and three daughters worship at Kill of the Grange Parish in Co Dublin.
The course is available for download from bibliahibernica.wordpress.com, which carries information, including a contents list, which may be referred to or copied.
The official launch of the printed booklets by Archbishop Michael Jackson will be on January 24 at 12.50 p.m. in Church House, Dublin.
