International Conference on Resident – Staff – Family relationships
Northridge House Education and Research Centre and St Luke’s Home, Cork, are hosting an International Conference on Resident – Staff – Family Relationships.
This takes place on Thursday April 6 in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Little Island, Cork.
This innovative conference will focus on vital issues such as:
- How to enhance positive relationships with families we care for
- How to help our staff in addressing challenging situations in the work setting
- How to create empowering partnerships between Residents, Staff & Family Members
Participants will be welcomed by The Right Rev Dr Paul Colton, Bishop of Cork, Cloyne and Ross, and President of St Luke’s Home.
