Bishop encourages parishes to support ‘Freedom Sunday’
The Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev Alan Abernethy, is encouraging parishes in Connor Diocese to consider taking part in ‘Freedom Sunday,’ a campaign by the International Justice Mission (IJM).
Through this global campaign, IJM is asking churches around the world to take a stand against slavery. Churches can get involved by dedicating their whole service or by simply praying about it.
