Free informal training for those caring for someone with dementia
Anyone who would like to learn more about caring for someone with dementia is invited to Training for Informal Caregivers, a free course for friends or family members caring for a person with dementia.
The course provides information about dementia, legal and financial issues, communication and available services.
Forthcoming courses in Belfast run as follows:
Venue: Agape Centre, Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6GF
Start Date: Monday 4th September – 18th September (3 weeks)
Start Time: 1.00pm-5.00pm
Venue: Duncairn Centre (174 Trust), Duncairn Avenue, Belfast, BT14 6BP
Start Date: Tuesday 5th September – 19th September (3 weeks)
Start Time: 10am-2.00pm
Venue: East Belfast Network Centre, 55 Templemore Avenue BT5 4FP
Start Date: Wednesday 6th September – 20th September (3 weeks)
Start Time: 1.00pm-5.00pm.
