Lisburn Cathedral’s Young Adults team is now in Kampala, Uganda, and after a day’s orientation the team has begun working at Abaana Projects in the area.

Their first visit was to Strathearn Primary and Nursery School, where Neville Jones, Assistant Director of Abaana, delivered a short talk about David for the primary school children.

The young people then split the children into groups for crafts, learning verses and games.

Abaana is a Christian based charity, working out of Bangor, Co Down, which invests in Children in Africa, helping them to break the chains of poverty, through education.
