Students don’t despair. Just because you’ve left home, it doesn’t mean meals have to be limited to pizza, pasta and reconstituted flavoured noodles!

Connor Mothers’ Union is here to help ensure your tastebuds get a regular (nutritional) workout!

The latest edition of their popular Curry in a Hurry cookbook is now available. Designed  as  a  helping  hand  to  first  year  students  living  away  from  home  for  the  first  time,  the  book  contains  easy,  cheap,  nutritional   recipes,   handy  hints  and  tips,  helplines  and  interdenominational  prayers.

Connor Diocesan President Valerie Ash and Diocesan Project rep Kathleen Lunn visited the Ulster University to present copies of Curry in a Hurry in time for the arrival of this year’s freshers.
