Black Santa Appeal 2019 open for applications
Dean Stephen Forde will be taking to the steps of St Anne’s Cathedral for his third Black Santa Sit-out in December.
Applications for grants for funding raised by Belfast Cathedral’s Black Santa Sit-out Appeal 2019 are now open.
Completed application forms must be returned to the Cathedral no later than Friday October 25.
This year the Dean of Belfast, the Very Rev Stephen Forde, especially welcomes applications from organisations with a focus on refugees, homelessness or mental health.
The Black Santa Sit-out by the Dean, Cathedral clergy and members of the Cathedral Chapter, takes place on the steps of St Anne’s Cathedral in the week before Christmas. This will be Black Santa’s 43rd Sit-out for charity.
