Would your church like to assist in helping your local area to become a ‘Safe Community’ for people living with domestic violence or abuse?
Thanks to funding from Belfast Policing and Community Safety Partnerships (PCSP), a series of free Safe Church programmes will run in Belfast. The courses run over three weeks, at different venues, beginning either February or March 2020.
This course is particularly suited to members of the clergy and those with a responsibility for safeguarding within the church. Safe Place registration and completion of all tiers will entitle each attendee to a Safe Place Advocate Award and their church to a Safe Church award.
