Applications soon to open for Connor youth weekend
Flashback to Connor Takes the Castle 2019.
Planning is continuing for the annual youth residential, Connor Takes the Castle, due to take place in Castlewellan Castle from September 4-6 this year.
Applications for those who would like to go along open on April 19. The weekend is for all young people age 11+ in a parish group.
As there is uncertainty over how the coronavirus situation may evolve in the coming weeks and months, Connor Diocesan Youth Officer Christina Baillie said no deposits will be requested at time of application.
“We would love groups to apply now and obviously we will be providing regular updates if there is any reason the event cannot continue,” Christina said.
Applications open on April 19 at 3.30pm, and the first young person to apply will get VIP access for the weekend!
