‘Cuppa with a Key Worker’ is Church Army’s monthly live video chat giving supporters an insight into the charity’s frontline work, with input directly from staff and evangelists.
This month’s ‘Cuppa with a Key Worker’ features Connor Diocese’s own evangelists, Karen Webb and Stephen Whitten from Connect Base, the North Belfast Centre of Mission.
They will be joined online on Wednesday February 3 at 7pm by Gloucestershire Prison Chaplain Gill Martin. You can take part on Zoom or on Facebook Live. Sign-up to get the Zoom details (by 9am on February 3) at ChurchArmy.org/Cuppa
Church Army says the live video calls with supporters providing an insight into the work of frontline staff across the UK & Ireland during the Covid-19 pandemic has had a fantastic response.
“We are all facing a challenging and difficult time at the moment. Our evangelists and staff have been in the thick of it seeking to find ways to continue giving the care and support that many people in marginalised situations need,” Church Army stated.
Karen and Stephen invite you to sit back with a cuppa and join them and Gill on Wednesday evening.
