The Rev Canon Derek Kerr, rector of Drummaul, Duneane and Ballyscullion, shared some of his memories of His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh on BBC Radio Ulster’s Kintra programme on Sunday April 18.
The Ulster Scots programme was broadcast the day after HRH Prince Phillip’s funeral service was held in St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.
Derek, who is known for his passion for all things Royal, recalls his first meeting with the Duke and a conversation which included the work ‘mufti!’
