Vacancy for Priest-in-Charge – Mallusk Parish
The Bishop of Connor wishes to appoint at Priest-in-Charge for the Parish of Mallusk.
The parish is situated in the busy suburb of Glengormley, just to the north-west of Belfast.
St Brigid’s Church meets in a modern church building which currently serves approximately 120 families. The congregation are looking for a Priest-in-Charge who is ‘a Christ-centred leader who will promote the Gospel, inspire and motivate people and grow Christ’s Kingdom’ among them.
The Bishop of Connor wishes to appoint a colleague who will be an enthusiastic team-player, working collaboratively with the existing lay leadership of the parish and neighbouring clergy to build the Church of Ireland witness in this part of Newtownabbey.
