The Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev George Davison, has voiced his support for the members of the Belfast Multicultural Association following a suspected arson attack on their centre on April 8.
A fire broke out at the centre in the early hours of the morning and the police are treating it as suspected arson and a hate crime.
Bishop George stated: “Everyone in our society has a right to live peacefully, and it is a matter of great regret that the actions of a few can cause such distress to the people who meet in these facilities.
“I would also appeal for anyone who has information about this incident to bring that forward to the PSNI.”
