Pick up your Spring ‘Connor Connections’
The latest issue of our diocesan magazine Connor Connections is out and will be available free to all parishioners in churches across the diocese over the next couple of weeks.
Featuring the window in the Chapel at the Mission to Seafarers’ Flying Angel Centre at Belfast Docks on the cover, the magazine includes an interview with the new Mission to Seafarers’ Chaplain, the Rev Mark Reid.
We also have an in-depth interview with the Rev Louise Bowes, OLM in Mossley Parish, who is vice-chairperson of World Day of Prayer, a worldwide event which takes place on the first Friday in March every year.
We visit Agherton Parish Centre to learn about weekly outreach with refugees and asylum seekers – and hear the stories of some of those who have been forced to flee their homes and have found a new church home in Agherton.
