Parish Readers commissioned in Carrickfergus
Pictured in St Nicholas’ Church on October 22 are the six new Parish Readers along with Bishop George Davison, the Rev Nathan Ervine and the Rev Chris St John, rector, and his wife Andrea.
Six new Parish Readers were commissioned by the Rev Peter Jones, Connor Diocesan Warden of Readers, at a service in St Nicholas’ Parish Church, Carrickfergus, on October 22.
They are: Stuart Horner, Dianne Innes, Alison Kane; Raymond Gilbert; Philip O’Neill; and Jean Stewart.
During the service, two young members of the parish were confirmed by the Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev George Davison.
