Dementia-friendly church service in Agherton
Agherton Parish Church, Portstewart, is holding a special Dementia-friendly service on Wednesday February 19 at 2pm.
This service is especially for those living with dementia and their carers, but everyone is welcome.
There will be familiar hymns, prayers, and Bible verses delivered at a relaxed pace in a safe, peaceful environment. Afterward, there is the chance to enjoy a cup of tea and chat with representatives from the Alzheimer’s Society and to Agherton’s parish nurses.
