Glenavy pop-up shops raise thousands for local charities
The December pop-up shop in Glenavy Parish doing a roaring trade!
A monthly pop-up shop established by Glenavy Parish in 2018 has raised almost £30,000 for local charities over the past four years.
Organiser Lyn Cassidy, pictured right, shares the story of this very successful outreach in the Spring issue of Connor Connections, which will be in parishes in February.
But as a taster, here are some images from the December pop-up which raised a substantial sum for Chrohn’s and Colitis NI.
