The Rev Jonny Campbell-Smyth at Durham University where he has graduated with a Post Graduate Certificate in Chaplaincy Studies.
Congratulations to the Rev Jonny Campbell-Smyth who this week graduated from Durham University with a Post Graduate Certificate in Chaplaincy Studies.

Jonny receives his Certificate in Chaplaincy Studies.
Jonny is rector of Ballynure and Ballyeaston, and Rural Dean for Antrim.
Jonny said: “As a part-time Chaplain to Antrim Area Hospital, I feel it is important to study further so that I can provide thoughtful, compassionate, and informed pastoral care to patients.
“In healthcare contexts, where people face uncertainty and vulnerability, well-formed chaplaincy enables us to accompany patients with sensitivity and hope irrespective of whether they have a faith or not.”
Jonny added: “Hospital Chaplains can be accessed across all hospital sites and usually you can find a chapel to sit and pray.”
