Maundy Thursday Renewal of Ordination Vows
Connor clergy and lay readers at a Maundy Thursday Service in Belfast Cathedral where they renewed their ordination vows.
Clergy and Lay Readers from across Connor Diocese gathered at Belfast Cathedral on the morning of Maundy Thursday to renew their ordination vows at the invitation of their bishop.
The Service of Holy Communion was led by the bishop, the Rt Rev George Davison, and the readers were Mr Michael Ogilby (Diocesan Reader) and the Rev Canon James Boyd, rector of Derryvolgie and Diocesan Pioneer Ministry Advocate.
Following this now annual service, all present took time to enjoy refreshments provided by the Connor Diocesan staff team, and to share fellowship with colleagues from around the diocese.
