Church of Ireland Photography Competition results

There were no Connor winners in this year’s Central Communications Board Photography Competition, but here we share the entries that did pick up the prizes.

The contest theme was ‘Church for today and tomorrow,’ with prizes awarded for the photographs that best capture this spirit. These were announced at the General Synod in Slieve Donard Hotel, Newcastle, Co Down.

Runner-up was an image entitled ‘Generations of Faith’ by Dave Bradshaw from Willowfield Church, Diocese of Down and Dromore, and the winner was ‘Doubly Blessed’ by the Rev Kingsley Sutton, Kilgariffe (Clonakilty) Parish, Diocese of Cork, Cloyne & Ross.

The Central Communications Board would like to thank everyone who entered, and a special thanks to Ecclesiastical for their sponsorship of the competition.
