The next diocesan youth event will be on Saturday December 2 in St Patrick’s, Ballymena.

Connor Youth Council will be hosting its fantastic, extravagant and fun Christmas Party in St Patrick’s Halls from 7pm to 10pm. There will be lots of fun, games, food with a focus on the social aspect!

Connor Youth Forum will also be hosting an afternoon outreach event, gathering at the halls at 3pm. This will give young people the opportunity to go into Ballymena and carry out some festive outreach in the town, handing out freebies and sharing on behalf of the church.

The young people in the Youth Forum wanted to extend local missional opportunities following their experiences during Streetreach and to make this accessible to lots of young people who may not have had this opportunity before.

Following this, the young people involved will come back to the halls for 5pm for dinner, feedback and to help set up for the party.

Diocesan Youth Officer Christina Baillie said: “We are so excited that our young people will be organising and co-ordinating this event and would love a good to see a good number attending to encourage them.”
