On Friday April 27 Amy Orr-Ewing, one of the most prominent Christian Apologists in the UK, will be the speaker at a Celebration Event in Lisburn Cathedral organised by the Church of Ireland Evangelical Fellowship.
The event begins at 7.30pm and the theme for the evening is ‘A Passion for His Name.’
Amy is EMEA director for Ravi Zacharias International Ministries and co-director of the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. She speaks on Christian Apologetics throughout the world, at events such as Keswick and Alpha International, and has also been invited to speak at the White House and at Westminster.
Amy has written two books: ‘Why Trust the Bible?’ and ‘But Is It Real?’ She has also contributed to several other books and has made various appearances on national television in the UK and USA.
This promises to be an excellent evening of celebration, worship and Bible teaching. Admission is free, although an offering will be taken at the event.
