The Rev Canon Jim Carson will be Introduced as Minister-in-Charge of the Lower Shankill Team Ministry (Parishes of St Michael, St Stephen and St Luke) at a service starting in St Stephen’s Parish Church, Millfield, Belfast, at 3pm on Sunday March 13 2016. The congregation will then move to St Michael’s, where the service will finish.
