The next Prayer Walk/Speaking Blessings over our Community in north Belfast will take place on Monday July 3, meeting at 7.30pm in Newtownabbey Methodist Mission, 35a Rathcoole Drive, Newtownabbey, BT37 9AQ.

Stephen Whitten, Church Army Evangelist with the North Belfast Centre of Mission, said: “An important objective for this occasion will be to prayer walk around the nearby Rathfern Estate ahead of an event being organsied by ROC (Redeeming Our Communities) on the following evening. 

“ROC have arranged a ‘ROC Conversation’ for the people of Rathfern. The meeting brings together people from the local community including police and fire service, the local council and churches to discuss ways of working together for the good of the community.”
