Belfast Cathedral extends a warm welcome to visitors to the city to start their St Patrick’s Day in the company of the Cathedral choir to mark this Saint’s Day with Choral Eucharist. Music at the service will have an Irish theme.
The Dean of Belfast, the Very Rev Stephen Forde, says: “This atmospheric service will be a wonderful opportunity for visitors to Belfast on St Patrick’s Day to join the Cathedral community to reflect on the life of Ireland’s Patron Saint while enjoying some beautiful Irish music from our choir and musicians. A warm welcome is extended to all.”
Please be aware that due to a 10k run which passes the front of the Cathedral, Donegall Street will be closed from the Waring Street direction and the Talbot Street car park will not be accessible. The Academy Street car park will be open and can be accessed from Donegall Street coming from Dunbar Link / Academy Street or the York Street direction.
